In order to gain a broader and more informed view of their business, the company is looking to bring on board a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst who will support their diverse operations with data-driven insights, automated reporting, and actionable visualizations. Business Intelligence Analyst
Responsibilities
- Analyze business data and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.
- Collaborate on automation initiatives to enhance information flow.
- Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards using tools like MS Excel and Power BI.
- Visualize business metrics in a clear and impactful way.
- Continuously improve existing reports, data queries, and visualizations.
- Support the integration of new products and services with reliable data insights.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Analysis, Economics, Statistics, or another relevant field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in business data analysis and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel; experience with MS Access is a plus.
- Experience with Power BI and familiarity with Power Automate.
- Excellent analytical thinking and organizational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proficiency in English.
