Collections Specialist with German (Temporary contract) HYBRID

For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of
beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Collections Specialist with German
(Temporary contract) HYBRID.

Responsibilities:
*Ensure proper and timely payment of customer invoices;
*Handle the resolution of payment collection concerns within the team;
*Foster service excellence through a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement;
*Take action on both overdue and current receivables to ensure payments are collected;
*Work closely with commercial teams to resolve payment-related challenges;
*Regularly review and refresh process documentation and procedures;
*Comply with internal policies, financial standards, and deadlines.

Qualifications:
*Minimum 1 year of experience in a global or Shared Services setting;
*Basic knowledge of Customer to Cash functions and processes;
*Ability to evaluate problems and escalate to higher management when necessary;
*Proficiency German with good English skills;
*Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus;
*Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service;
*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
