Experienced Team Manager with German and English (HYBRID)

For one of our clients - a pioneer in Technology and Operations, offering expert Advisory and
Solutions, backed by the world’s most extensive advanced tech infrastructure, we are looking
for – Experienced Team Manager with German and English.

Responsibilities:
*Lead, coach, and motivate a team, ensuring policy and procedure compliance;
*Understand the team’s tasks to ensure smooth operations;
*Dispute management from clients and team members;
*Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback;
*Monitor agent performance and help implement operational plans;
*Communicate strategies and goals during meetings;
*Drive performance and address underperformance and compliance issues.

Qualifications:
*Proficient in German (B2) and intermediate in English;
*Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience in people management required;
*Ability to present value-driven solutions to clients;
*Strong time management and goal achievement skills;
*Experience in multi-system environments and CRM tools;
*Excellent communication skills at all management levels;
*Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on high-quality service.
