For one of our clients а global tech firm specializing in digital, engineering, cloud, and AI
solutions across various industries, we are looking for – Experienced Technical Support
Specialist with German and English (Day and Night Shifts/Remote).
Responsibilities:
*Provide multi-channel support to B2B customers (chat, phone, email);
*Resolve Level 1 technical issues with hardware and software;
*Assist users with system navigation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting;
*Handle login, connectivity, and application-related inquiries;
*Escalate complex cases while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
*Fluent in German and English (written and spoken);
*Previous experience in tech support or IT helpdesk;
*Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, VPN, and basic networking;
*Ability to diagnose hardware/software issues across various devices;
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
