Night Shift Front Office Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Welcoming and assisting hotel guests during the night shift (20:00 – 08:00).
∙ Monitoring front desk operations and ensuring smooth overnight processes.
∙ Overseeing and coordinating with the bellboy on night patrol duties.
∙ Managing check-ins, check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries.
∙ Maintaining awareness of hotel security and handling emergency situations if necessary.
Requirements:
∙ No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
∙ Strong English language skills (must-have).
∙ Computer literacy and ability to work with hotel systems.
∙ A dynamic and responsible attitude – staying alert throughout the shift is essential.
