Senior TIBCO Developer
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain TIBCO-based interfaces to ensure seamless system integration.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly release cycles, including CMS and ESB-DP version updates.
- Develop and automate unit and regression tests to ensure integration quality and performance.
- Automate monitoring of ESB infrastructure and business processes for proactive incident detection.
- Analyze and troubleshoot integration incidents, including failed flow reporting via TFM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams in an agile environment.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide on-call support as part of the EAI/ESB team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with TIBCO technologies including BusinessWorks (BW/BWCE), EMS, and File Adapters.
- Proficiency in Java and experience building and integrating RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with SDLC, agile methodologies, version control, and release management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level).
