
Credit Coordinator
Our client is a leading company in the real estate sector – generating the highest volume of real estate transactions on the Bulgarian market and developing the largest network of consultants in the real estate field.
Due to business expansion, the company is seeking a professional with experience in mortgage lending to be appointed to the position of Credit Coordinator.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communication with brokers and clients regarding the need for financing real estate purchases;
- Clarifying all terms with the client related to the purchase/sale of property(ies) and financing opportunities;
- Directing clients to a credit intermediary from the Group;
- Preparing activity reports;
- Building and maintaining partnerships with brokers and credit intermediaries;
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a role related to mortgage and/or other loan approvals and the sale of financial product;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Willingness to travel during the workday;
- Good English skills is an advantage;
- Organizational skills and ability to work in a team;
