For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Help
Desk Representative for an Industry-Leading Product with Romanian and English.
Responsibilities:
*Respond to client questions via email, chat, and phone promptly;
*Provide precise and useful details about the company’s offerings;
*Keep informed about products, brand updates, and market developments;
*Look into customer concerns to deliver reliable and relevant answers;
*Log all customer interactions and notes accurately in a system;
*Contribute to a seamless and satisfying customer support experience.
Qualifications:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Excellent Romanian skills and advanced English proficiency;
* Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is s plus;
* Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities;
* Confident using computers and familiar with MS Office tools;
* Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks independently or as part of a team.
