  • Defend design choices and critical deliverables to peers and stakeholders, fostering a culture of excellence and coherence in design standards.

  • Develop and maintain the product design system, including library components, to facilitate a seamless alignment between design and engineering outputs.

  • Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to refine and improve design solutions continuously.

Challenges:

  • Standardize design components and principles across Paysera systems, ensuring brand consistency and reducing customized solutions.

  • To improve engineering and QA processes, address and solve front-end related production bugs efficiently, without existing references or requirements.

Technical Skills:

  • At least three years of commercial experience in UX/UI design, with a comprehensive understanding of best practices, including research, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and visual design fundamentals.

  • Proficiency in Figma, showcasing expertise in components, variants, variables, and auto layout.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design, with examples of web and mobile projects.

  • Genuine interest in exploring and leveraging AI-powered tools in the design process (e.g., for ideation, user research, accessibility, or workflow automation).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • The ability to effectively present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.

  • Experience managing L-XL design projects with an emphasis on detail and deadlines.

Join Paysera Front-End and shape the future of Paysera’s user experience.
This role represents a unique opportunity to profoundly impact our front-end ecosystem, driving design innovation and excellence. We encourage you to apply if you are passionate about creating user-centred designs and eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
